This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • It’s within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags are still attached (if applicable)

  • You have proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt)

Note: Some items (like limited-edition drops, sale items, or personalized/custom products) may be final sale. If that’s the case, we’ll clearly mention it in the product description.


🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at abdulrehman621300@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Uh-oh! If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email us at abdulrehman621300@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include photos, your order number, and we’ll fix it fast—either with a replacement or full refund.


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll refund the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)


📦 Late or Missing Refunds

If it’s been over 10 business days and your refund hasn’t shown up:

  • Contact your payment provider (some take extra time)
